If Lumeya isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price and original shipping cost. No explanation required.

How to start a return

Email hello@lumeya.com with your order number. We reply with return instructions and the return address within two business days.

Condition

Include the mask, remote control and packaging. Normal use is fine — we only ask that the device isn't damaged beyond regular handling.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item arriving with us.
